PROJECT-SPECIFIC

Earth Resources International, L.C. utilizes Project Teams specifically tailored to Client and project
needs. This approach brings together a unique combination of technical expertise that can target
and solve specific problems. Project Teams are composed of personally selected, highly qualified
professionals who have the knowledge and expertise to address the technical, financial, and political
regulatory challenges that a project may encounter.

SHORT CHAIN-OF-COMMAND

The Project Team Managers at Earth Resources are the Principals (owners) of the company. This
organizational approach provides Clients with direct access to a key contact that has both the
responsibility and authority to direct all matters pertaining to a project. Project Managers are
dedicated to a specific project from initial data collection through project completion/closure. The
Project Manager establishes communications, is actively involved in the technical evaluation of ideas
and alternatives, and is directly responsible for communicating the project results to either the Client,
or a Client-authorized third-party.

FLEXIBILITY

Earth Resources can work independently, giving Clients the time and flexibility they need to concentrate on their core business with minimal distractions. Alternatively, Earth Resources can work side-by-side, or as an extension of the Client’s staff, transferring technology, sharing ideas, evaluating alternatives, reducing risk and capital costs, and determining the best solutions.
